Where we work
Manufacturing and industrial
Plant and operations leadership for foreign-invested and domestic sites across the southern industrial corridors, plus the quality, engineering and supply functions around them.
Logistics and supply chain
Freight, warehousing, last-mile and cold-chain leadership, including the operations roles where asset intensity and service levels have to be managed together.
Consumer goods and retail
Commercial leadership across general trade, modern trade and direct-to-consumer channels, where channel experience rarely transfers as cleanly as job titles suggest.
Financial technology and services
Commercial, risk and operations leadership in payments, lending and digital financial services, a sector where regulatory fluency is a genuine scarcity.
Education
Country and academic leadership for international education groups and private providers, where reputation management sits alongside commercial delivery.
Why the list is short
A sector page is only useful if the firm behind it can tell you something you did not already know - who the strong operators are, what the pay actually looks like, why the last three people in that seat left. That requires having worked in the sector, not having a page about it.
We work outside this list when a mandate fits our model, and we will say so if we think another firm is better placed. A specialist with ten years in a niche will usually beat a generalist, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
What stays constant across sectors
The method does not change. We calibrate against the business problem, map the market and show you the map, approach people directly, and give you an assessed shortlist within ten business days with the gaps written down. Fees are success-based in every sector. See how we work and fees and engagement model.
